Peach or nectarine filled croissants
Ingredients for 4 people:
2 kg of ripe peaches or nectarines, fresh or packaged croissants, 250 g of sugar Preparation:
Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces, then cook them for 30 minutes. Let them cool down and blend them. Put them on the cooker again so they thicken. Let them cool down. Fill the croissants to make a snack.



Sweet mini pizzas with nectarines
Ingredients for 3 people:
2 kg of nectarines, 500 g of flour, 1 small cube of natural yeast, 3 spoons of olive oil, 100 g of brown sugar, honey, granulated almonds.
Preparation:
To make the pizza dough, sieve the flour and put it in a very wide dish, crumble the yeast into the flour and add warm water gradually. Mix the yeast and flour well, add the oil and the salt to taste. Mix it all together until the dough is smooth and does not have any lumps. Now gather the dough into a ball and cut a cross on the top. Then put it in a very wide container and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rise until it is twice its original size. Roll out the mini pizzas and garnish them with the nectarines, which should be cut into small pieces. Add a spoon of honey to each one and garnish them with granulated almonds. Put in the oven and cook at 200° for 15 minutes.
